여러분을 환영합니다. GRAB 서비스(이하 ‘서비스’)을 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다.
본 약관은 다양한 GRAB 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 GRAB 서비스를 제공하는 파이브나인스 회사(이하 ‘회사’)와 이를 이용하는 GRAB 서비스 회원(이하 ‘회원’) 또는 비회원과의 관계를 설명하며, 아울러 여러분의 GRAB 서비스 이용에 도움이 될 수 있는 유익한 정보를 포함하고 있습니다.

1. 여러분이 제공한 콘텐츠를 소중히 다룰 것입니다.

GRAB은 여러분의 생각과 감정이 표현된 콘텐츠를 소중히 보호할 것을 약속 드립니다.
"게시물"이란 여러분이 타인 또는 자신이 보게 할 목적으로 GRAB 서비스 상에 게재한 부호, 문자, 음성, 음향, 그림, 사진, 동영상, 링크 등으로 구성된 각종 콘텐츠 자체 또는 파일을 말합니다.
여러분이 제작하여 게재한 게시물에 대한 지식재산권 등의 권리는 당연히 여러분에게 있습니다. 다만, 저작권법 등 관련 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 GRAB 서비스 내 노출, 서비스 운영, 개선, 법률상 의무 준수를 위해서 여러분의 게시물이 제한적으로 사용될 수도 있습니다. 그 밖의 목적을 위해 부득이 여러분의 콘텐츠를 이용하고자 할 경우엔 사전에 여러분께 설명을 드리고 동의를 받도록 하겠습니다.
GRAB은 여러분 자신이 제공한 콘텐츠에 대한 다른 이용자들의 이용 또는 접근을 보다 쉽게 관리할 수 있도록 다양한 수단을 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. GRAB 서비스 내에 콘텐츠 삭제, 특정 회원의 차단 기능을 통해 직접 타인의 이용 또는 접근을 통제할 수 있고, 고객센터를 통해서도 콘텐츠의 삭제 등의 조치를 요청할 수 있습니다.

2. 여러분의 개인정보를 소중히 보호합니다.

GRAB은 서비스의 원활한 제공을 위하여 수집된 목적과 범위 내에서만 개인정보를 이용하며, 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하기 위하여 기울이는 노력이나 기타 상세한 사항은 개인정보 처리방침에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
GRAB은 여러분이 서비스를 이용하기 위해 일정 기간 동안 로그인 혹은 접속한 기록이 없는 경우, 전자메일, 서비스 내 알림 또는 기타 적절한 전자적 수단을 통해 사전에 안내해 드린 후 여러분의 정보를 파기하거나 분리 보관할 수 있으며, 부득이 서비스 이용계약을 해지할 수도 있습니다.

3. 타인의 권리를 존중해 주세요.

여러분이 무심코 게재한 게시물로 인해 타인의 저작권이 침해되거나 명예훼손 등 권리 침해가 발생할 수 있습니다. GRAB은 이에 대한 문제 해결을 위해 ‘정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률’ 및 ‘저작권법’ 등을 근거로 권리침해 주장자의 요청에 따른 게시물 게시중단, 원 게시자의 이의신청에 따른 해당 게시물 게시 재개 등을 내용으로 하는 고객센터를 운영하고 있습니다.
GRAB 서비스를 통해 타인의 콘텐츠를 열람할 수 있다고 하여서 여러분이 해당 콘텐츠에 대한 지식재산권을 보유하게 되는 것은 아닙니다. 여러분이 해당 콘텐츠를 자유롭게 이용하기 위해서는 그 이용이 저작권법 등 관련 법률에 따라 허용되는 범위 내에 있거나, 해당 콘텐츠의 지식재산권자로부터 별도의 이용 허락을 받아야 하므로 각별한 주의가 필요합니다. 타인의 게시물을 저작자의 허락없이 타 사이트 등에 게제하는 행위 등은 법 위반에 해당합니다.

4. GRAB 서비스 이용과 관련하여 몇 가지 주의사항이 있습니다.

여러분이 GRAB 서비스를 보다 안전하게 이용하고 GRAB 서비스에서 여러분과 타인의 권리가 서로 존중되고 보호받으려면 여러분의 도움과 협조가 필요합니다. 여러분의 안전한 서비스 이용과 권리 보호를 위해 부득이 아래와 같은 경우 여러분의 게시물 게재나 GRAB 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있으므로, 이에 대한 확인 및 준수를 요청 드립니다.

타인에 대해 직접적이고 명백한 신체적 위협을 가하는 내용의 게시물, 타인의 자해 행위 또는 자살을 부추기거나 권장하는 내용의 게시물, 타인의 신상정보, 사생활 등 비공개 개인정보를 드러내는 내용의 게시물, 타인을 지속적으로 따돌리거나 괴롭히는 내용의 게시물, 성매매를 제안, 알선, 유인 또는 강요하는 내용의 게시물, 공공 안전에 대해 직접적이고 심각한 위협을 가하는 내용의 게시물을 게시하여서는 안됩니다.

관련 법령상 금지되거나 형사처벌의 대상이 되는 행위를 수행하거나 이를 교사 또는 방조하는 등의 범죄 관련 직접적인 위험이 확인된 게시물, 관련 법령에서 홍보, 광고, 판매 등을 금지하고 있는 물건 또는 서비스를 홍보, 광고, 판매하는 내용의 게시물, 타인의 지식재산권 등을 침해하거나 모욕, 명예훼손 등 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용이 확인된 게시물을 게시하여서는 안됩니다.

자극적이고 노골적인 성행위를 묘사하는 등 타인에게 성적 수치심을 유발시키거나 왜곡된 성 의식 등을 야기할 수 있는 내용의 게시물, 타인에게 잔혹감 또는 혐오감을 일으킬 수 있는 폭력적이고 자극적인 내용의 게시물, 본인 이외의 자를 사칭하거나 허위사실을 주장하는 등 타인을 기만하는 내용의 게시물, 과도한 욕설, 비속어 등을 반복적으로 사용하여 심한 혐오감 또는 불쾌감을 일으키는 내용의 게시물을 게시하여서는 안됩니다.

불법 촬영물, 아동 청소년에 대한 성착취물 등을 게시하여서는 안됩니다. 해당 게시물이 발견된 경우 GRAB은 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법과 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)방지 정책에 따라 해당 게시물을 삭제 조치하고 관련 법률 및 규정에 따라 대한민국 경찰청 등 관할 법 집행 기관에 신고합니다.

자동화된 수단을 활용하는 등 GRAB 서비스의 기능을 비정상적으로 이용하여 게재된 게시물(예: 도배 등), GRAB 각 개별 서비스의 제공 취지와 부합하지 않는 내용의 게시물은 다른 이용자들의 정상적인 GRAB 서비스 이용에 불편을 초래하고 더 나아가 GRAB의 원활한 서비스 제공을 방해하므로 역시 게시하여서는 안됩니다.

GRAB의 사전 허락 없이 자동화된 수단(예: 매크로 프로그램, 로봇(봇), 스파이더, 스크래퍼 등)을 이용하여 GRAB 서비스 회원으로 가입을 시도 또는 가입하거나, GRAB 서비스에 로그인을 시도 또는 로그인하거나, GRAB 서비스 상에 게시물을 게재하거나, GRAB 서비스를 통해 커뮤니케이션하거나(예: 쪽지 등), GRAB 서비스에 게재된 회원의 아이디(ID), 게시물 등을 수집하는 등 회원(사람)의 실제 이용을 전제로 하는 GRAB 서비스의 제공 취지에 부합하지 않는 방식으로 GRAB 서비스를 이용하거나 어뷰징(남용)하는 행위를 시도해서는 안 됩니다.

GRAB의 동의 없이 자동화된 수단에 의해 GRAB 서비스 상에 광고가 게재되는 영역 또는 그 밖의 영역에 부호, 문자, 음성, 음향, 그림, 사진, 동영상, 링크 등으로 구성된 각종 콘텐츠 자체 또는 파일을 삽입해서는 안 됩니다. 또한, GRAB 서비스 또는 이에 포함된 소프트웨어를 복사, 수정할 수 없으며, 이를 판매, 양도, 대여 또는 담보로 제공하거나 타인에게 그 이용을 허락해서는 안 됩니다.

GRAB 서비스에 포함된 소프트웨어를 역 설계, 소스코드 추출 시도, 복제, 분해, 모방, 기타 변형하는 등의 행위도 금지됩니다. 그 밖에 바이러스나 기타 악성 코드를 업로드하거나 GRAB 서비스의 원활한 운영을 방해할 목적으로 서비스 기능을 비정상적으로 이용하는 행위 역시 금지됩니다.

5. 부득이 서비스 이용을 제한할 경우 합리적인 절차를 준수합니다.

GRAB은 여러분의 콘텐츠를 소중히 여기지만 여러분이 게재한 게시물이 관련 법령, 본 약관 또는 운영정책 등에 위배되는 경우, 부득이 이를 비공개 또는 삭제 처리하거나 게재를 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만, 이것이 GRAB이 모든 콘텐츠를 검토할 의무가 있다는 것을 의미하지는 않습니다.
또한 여러분이 관련 법령, 본 약관, 계정 및 게시물 운영정책 등을 준수하지 않을 경우, GRAB은 여러분의 관련 행위 내용을 확인할 수 있으며, 그 확인 결과에 따라 GRAB 서비스 이용에 대한 주의를 당부하거나, GRAB 서비스 이용을 일부 또는 전부, 일시 또는 영구히 정지시키는 등 그 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 나아가 이러한 이용 제한에도 불구하고 더 이상 GRAB 서비스 이용계약의 온전한 유지를 기대하기 어려운 경우엔 부득이 여러분과의 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
부득이 여러분의 서비스 이용을 제한해야 할 경우 명백한 법령 위반이나 타인의 권리침해로서 긴급한 위험 또는 피해 차단이 요구되는 사안 외에는 위와 같은 단계적 서비스 이용제한 원칙을 준수 하겠습니다. 명백한 법령 위반 등을 이유로 부득이 서비스 이용을 즉시 영구 정지시키는 경우 서비스 이용을 통해 획득한 혜택 등은 모두 소멸되고 이에 대해 별도로 보상하지 않으므로 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

6. 언제든지 GRAB 서비스 이용계약을 해지하실 수 있습니다.

회원은 언제든지 GRAB 서비스 이용계약 해지를 신청하여 회원에서 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 이 경우 GRAB은 관련 법령 등이 정하는 바에 따라 이를 지체 없이 처리하겠습니다.
GRAB 서비스 이용계약이 해지되면, 관련 법령 및 개인정보처리방침에 따라 GRAB이 해당 회원의 정보를 보유할 수 있는 경우를 제외하고, 해당 회원 계정에 부속된 게시물 일체를 포함한 회원의 모든 데이터는 소멸됨과 동시에 복구할 수 없게 됩니다.

7. 일부 GRAB 서비스에는 광고가 포함되어 있습니다.

GRAB 서비스를 이용하다 보면 일부 서비스에 광고가 포함된 경우가 있습니다. 광고를 통해 발생할 수 있는 데이터 통신요금은 여러분이 부담하게 됩니다.
GRAB 서비스를 이용하기 위해 원하지 않는 광고를 봐야 하는 경우가 있습니다. 이는 여러분에게 제공하는 다양한 GRAB 서비스를 무료로 제공할 수 있게 해주는 데 기여하며, 더 나아가 GRAB이 더 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기반이 됩니다.

8. 여러분이 쉽게 알 수 있도록 약관 및 운영정책을 게시하며 사전 공지 후 개정합니다.

GRAB은 본 약관의 내용을 여러분이 쉽게 확인할 수 있도록 서비스 초기 화면에 게시하고 있습니다.
GRAB은 수시로 본 약관, 계정 및 게시물 운영정책을 개정할 수 있으며 개정 시 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 개정할 것이며, 사전에 그 개정 이유와 적용 일자를 서비스 내에 알리도록 하겠습니다. 또한 여러분에게 불리할 수 있는 중대한 내용의 약관 변경의 경우에는 최소 30일 이전에 해당 서비스 내 공지하여 알릴 것입니다.
GRAB은 변경된 약관을 게시한 날로부터 효력이 발생되는 날까지 약관 변경에 대한 여러분의 의견을 기다립니다. 위 기간이 지나도록 여러분의 의견이 GRAB에 접수되지 않으면, 여러분이 변경된 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 데에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 변경된 약관의 적용을 받는 서비스의 제공이 제한될 수 있습니다.
GRAB 서비스에는 기본적으로 본 약관이 적용됩니다. 부득이 각 개별 서비스의 고유한 특성을 반영하기 위해 본 약관 외 별도의 약관이나 운영정책이 우선 적용될 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 한국어를 정본으로 합니다. 본 약관 또는 GRAB 서비스와 관련된 여러분과 GRAB과의 관계에는 대한민국의 법령이 적용됩니다.
본 약관 또는 GRAB 서비스와 관련하여 여러분과 GRAB 사이에 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 분쟁의 처리는 대한민국 '민사소송법'에서 정한 절차를 따릅니다.

GRAB Terms of Service

(Effective Date: October 10, 2025)

We welcome you to GRAB. Thank you for using the GRAB service (the 'Service'). These Terms of Service (the 'Terms') describe the relationship between FIVENINES Co. (the 'Company'), which provides the GRAB Service, and its members (the 'Members') or non-members, regarding the use of the various GRAB Services. These Terms also include useful information to help you use the GRAB Service.

1. We Value the Content You Provide.

GRAB is committed to carefully protecting the content that expresses your thoughts and feelings.
"Post" refers to any content or files uploaded by you onto the GRAB Service for viewing by yourself or others, including codes, text, voice, sound, drawings, photos, videos, and links.
Intellectual property rights and other rights to the Posts you create and upload naturally belong to you. However, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Copyright Act, your Posts may be used restrictively for exposure within the GRAB Service, service operation, improvement, and compliance with legal obligations. Should we need to use your content for other purposes, we will explain the circumstances to you and obtain your prior consent.
GRAB strives to provide various means for you to easily manage the use of or access to your provided content by other users. You can directly control the use or access by others through functions such as content deletion and blocking specific Members within the GRAB Service, and you can also request content deletion through the customer service center.

2. We Carefully Protect Your Personal Information.

GRAB will use your personal information only within the purposes and scope collected for the smooth provision of the Service. Detailed efforts and other specifics regarding the secure handling of personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
If you have not logged in or accessed the Service for a certain period, GRAB may destroy or separately store your information after providing advance notice via email, in-service notification, or other appropriate electronic means. In unfortunate circumstances, the service contract may be terminated.

3. Please Respect the Rights of Others.

A Post you casually upload may infringe upon the copyrights of others or cause harm such as defamation. To resolve such issues, GRAB operates a customer service center that processes requests from rights holders—including suspending the posting of content and resuming the posting of the content upon objection from the original poster—based on laws like the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Copyright Act.
Just because you can view another person's content through the GRAB Service does not mean you hold the intellectual property rights to that content. To use such content freely, you must ensure that your use is within the scope permitted by relevant laws, such as the Copyright Act, or you must obtain separate permission from the intellectual property rights holder of that content. Posting another person's content on other sites without the author's permission constitutes a violation of the law.

4. There Are Some Precautions Regarding the Use of the GRAB Service.

For you to use the GRAB Service more safely, and for your rights and the rights of others to be mutually respected and protected within the Service, your cooperation is required. To ensure your safe use of the Service and protect rights, the uploading of your Posts or your use of the GRAB Service may be restricted in the following unavoidable circumstances. We request that you review and comply with these points:

You must not upload Posts that contain direct and explicit physical threats against others; Posts that incite or encourage self-harm or suicide; Posts that reveal non-public personal information (such as personal details or private life); Posts that persistently isolate or harass others; Posts that propose, broker, solicit, or coerce sex trafficking; or Posts that pose a direct and severe threat to public safety.

You must not upload Posts that contain confirmed direct criminal risk, such as performing, instigating, or aiding acts that are prohibited or subject to criminal punishment under relevant laws; Posts that promote, advertise, or sell goods or services prohibited from being promoted, advertised, or sold under relevant laws; or Posts confirmed to infringe upon the rights of others, such as intellectual property rights, or constitute insult or defamation.

You must not upload Posts that cause sexual humiliation or a distorted sexual consciousness in others (e.g., describing graphic sexual acts); Posts with violent or stimulating content that causes cruelty or disgust in others; Posts that deceive others (e.g., impersonating someone else or claiming false facts); or Posts that cause severe disgust or discomfort through the repetitive use of excessive profanity or abusive language.

You must not upload illegal filming content or child sexual abuse/exploitation material (CSAE). If such content is discovered, GRAB will delete the Post and report it to the competent law enforcement agencies, such as the Korean National Police Agency, in accordance with the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and our Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention Policy.

Posts uploaded using automated means to abuse the Service's functions (e.g., spamming) or content that does not align with the purpose of each individual GRAB Service are prohibited, as they cause inconvenience to other users and obstruct the smooth provision of the Service.

Without GRAB's prior permission, you must not attempt or succeed in registering, logging in, posting content, communicating (e.g., sending messages), or collecting user IDs or posts via automated means (e.g., macro programs, bots, spiders, scrapers, etc.). Any act that abuses the GRAB Service in a manner inconsistent with its intended provision—which presupposes actual use by a human Member—is prohibited.

You must not insert any content or files (codes, text, images, links, etc.) into areas designated for advertising or other areas of the GRAB Service using automated means without GRAB's consent. Furthermore, you may not copy or modify the GRAB Service or any included software, nor may you sell, transfer, rent, provide it as security, or permit its use by others.

Actions such as reverse engineering, attempting to extract source code, copying, disassembling, imitating, or otherwise modifying the software included in the GRAB Service are also prohibited. Uploading viruses or other malicious code, or using Service functions abnormally with the intent to disrupt the smooth operation of the GRAB Service, is also forbidden.

5. We Follow Reasonable Procedures When Service Use Must Be Restricted.

GRAB values your content, but if a Post you upload violates relevant laws, these Terms, or our operating policies, we may be forced to make it private, delete it, or refuse its publication. However, this does not imply that GRAB has an obligation to review all content.
Furthermore, if you fail to comply with relevant laws, these Terms, or our operating policies, GRAB may verify the content of your actions. Depending on the verification results, GRAB may issue a warning regarding your use of the Service or restrict your use—partially or wholly, temporarily or permanently. If, despite these restrictions, the continued maintenance of the service contract is severely compromised, we may be compelled to terminate the contract with you.
Should we be forced to restrict your Service use, we will adhere to the principle of gradual restriction as outlined above, except in cases of clear legal violation or infringement of others' rights where immediate risk or harm prevention is required. Please note that if your service use is immediately and permanently suspended due to clear legal violations, any benefits acquired through the Service will be forfeited, and no separate compensation will be provided.

6. You Can Terminate the GRAB Service Agreement at Any Time.

Members may terminate the GRAB Service agreement and withdraw from membership at any time, and GRAB will process this without delay in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Upon termination of the GRAB Service agreement, all Member data, including all Posts attached to the Member's account, will be deleted and cannot be recovered, except where GRAB is permitted to retain the Member's information under relevant laws and the Privacy Policy.

7. Some GRAB Services Include Advertising.

Some parts of the GRAB Service may include advertisements. You are responsible for any data communication charges that may arise from viewing these advertisements.
To use the GRAB Service, you may be required to view advertisements you did not request. This contributes to our ability to provide various GRAB Services to you free of charge and forms the foundation for GRAB to offer even better services.

8. We Post Terms and Policies for Easy Access and Revise Them with Prior Notice.

GRAB publishes these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that you can easily check the content.
iolate relevant laws. We will announce the reason for the revision and the effective date within the Service beforehand. Furthermore, for significant changes that may be unfavorable to you, we will provide notice at least 30 days in advance within the respective Service.
GRAB will wait for your opinion on the revised Terms from the date of posting until the effective date. If your opinion is not received by GRAB after this period, you will be deemed to have agreed to use the Service under the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, the provision of services affected by the revised Terms may be restricted.
These Terms fundamentally apply to the GRAB Service. However, separate terms or operating policies may apply preferentially to reflect the unique characteristics of specific individual services.
The Korean version of these Terms shall be the authoritative text. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern the relationship between you and GRAB regarding these Terms or the GRAB Service.
Any disputes arising between you and GRAB regarding these Terms or the GRAB Service shall be handled in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

ようこそ。 GRABサービス（以下「サービス」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。
本規約は、様々なGRABサービスの利用に関して、GRABサービスを提供するファイブナインズ社（以下「会社」）と、これを利用するGRABサービス会員（以下「会員」）または非会員との関係を説明し、また皆様のGRABサービス利用に役立つ有益な情報を含んでいます。

1. 皆様が提供したコンテンツを大切に扱います。

GRABは皆様の考えや感情が表現されたコンテンツを大切に保護することをお約束します。
「投稿」とは、皆様が他人または自分が見ることを目的としてGRABサービス上に掲載した符号、文字、音声、音響、絵、写真、動画、リンクなどで構成された各種コンテンツ自体またはファイルを指します。
皆様が制作・掲載した投稿に対する知的財産権などの権利は当然皆様に帰属します。ただし、著作権法などの関連法令に定められるところにより、GRABサービス内での露出、サービス運営、改善、法的義務の遵守のために皆様の投稿が限定的に使用される場合があります。その他の目的でやむを得ず皆様のコンテンツを利用する場合は、事前に説明し同意を得るようにいたします。
GRABは皆様が提供したコンテンツに対する他のユーザーの利用またはアクセスをより簡単に管理できるよう、様々な手段を提供するよう努めています。GRABサービス内のコンテンツ削除、特定会員のブロック機能を通じて直接他人の利用またはアクセスを制御でき、カスタマーセンターを通じてもコンテンツの削除などの措置を要請できます。

2. 皆様の個人情報を大切に保護します。

GRABはサービスの円滑な提供のために収集された目的と範囲内でのみ個人情報を利用し、個人情報を安全に処理するための努力やその他の詳細については個人情報処理方針でご確認いただけます。
GRABは皆様がサービスを利用するために一定期間ログインまたはアクセスした記録がない場合、電子メール、サービス内通知、またはその他の適切な電子的手段を通じて事前に案内した後、皆様の情報を破棄または分離保管することがあり、やむを得ずサービス利用契約を解除することもあります。

3. 他人の権利を尊重してください。

皆様が何気なく掲載した投稿により他人の著作権が侵害されたり、名誉毀損などの権利侵害が発生する可能性があります。GRABはこれに対する問題解決のため、「情報通信網利用促進及び情報保護等に関する法律」及び「著作権法」などを根拠に、権利侵害主張者の要請に基づく投稿掲載の中断、原投稿者の異議申し立てに基づく該当投稿の掲載再開などを内容とするカスタマーセンターを運営しています。
GRABサービスを通じて他人のコンテンツを閲覧できるからといって、皆様がそのコンテンツに対する知的財産権を保有することにはなりません。そのコンテンツを自由に利用するためには、その利用が著作権法などの関連法律により許容される範囲内にあるか、該当コンテンツの知的財産権者から別途の利用許諾を得る必要がありますのでご注意ください。他人の投稿を著作者の許可なく他のサイトなどに掲載する行為などは法律違反に該当します。

4. GRABサービスの利用に関していくつかの注意事項があります。

皆様がGRABサービスをより安全に利用し、GRABサービスにおいて皆様と他人の権利が互いに尊重され保護されるためには、皆様のご協力が必要です。皆様の安全なサービス利用と権利保護のため、やむを得ず以下の場合に皆様の投稿掲載やGRABサービス利用が制限される可能性がありますので、ご確認および遵守をお願いいたします。

他人に対して直接的かつ明白な身体的脅威を与える内容の投稿、他人の自傷行為または自殺を促したり推奨する内容の投稿、他人の身上情報、私生活などの非公開個人情報を明らかにする内容の投稿、他人を継続的に仲間外れにしたりいじめる内容の投稿、売春を提案、斡旋、誘引または強要する内容の投稿、公共の安全に対して直接的かつ深刻な脅威を与える内容の投稿を掲載してはなりません。

関連法令上禁止されている、または刑事処罰の対象となる行為を行ったり、これを教唆または幇助するなどの犯罪関連の直接的な危険が確認された投稿、関連法令で宣伝、広告、販売などが禁止されている物品またはサービスを宣伝、広告、販売する内容の投稿、他人の知的財産権などを侵害したり、侮辱、名誉毀損など他人の権利を侵害する内容が確認された投稿を掲載してはなりません。

刺激的で露骨な性行為を描写するなど、他人に性的羞恥心を与えたり歪んだ性意識などを引き起こす可能性のある内容の投稿、他人に残虐感または嫌悪感を与える可能性のある暴力的で刺激的な内容の投稿、本人以外の者を詐称したり虚偽事実を主張するなど他人を欺く内容の投稿、過度な悪口、卑語などを繰り返し使用して激しい嫌悪感または不快感を引き起こす内容の投稿を掲載してはなりません。

違法撮影物、児童・青少年に対する性的搾取物などを掲載してはなりません。該当投稿が発見された場合、GRABは性暴力犯罪の処罰などに関する特例法と児童性的虐待及び搾取（CSAE）防止ポリシーに従い、該当投稿を削除し、関連法律及び規定に従って大韓民国警察庁などの管轄法執行機関に届け出ます。

自動化された手段を活用するなどGRABサービスの機能を非正常的に利用して掲載された投稿（例：荒らしなど）、GRAB各個別サービスの提供趣旨に合致しない内容の投稿は、他のユーザーの正常なGRABサービス利用に不便をもたらし、さらにはGRABの円滑なサービス提供を妨害するため、同様に掲載してはなりません。

GRABの事前許可なく自動化された手段（例：マクロプログラム、ロボット（ボット）、スパイダー、スクレイパーなど）を利用してGRABサービス会員として加入を試みたり加入したり、GRABサービスにログインを試みたりログインしたり、GRABサービス上に投稿を掲載したり、GRABサービスを通じてコミュニケーションしたり（例：メッセージなど）、GRABサービスに掲載された会員のID、投稿などを収集するなど、会員（人間）の実際の利用を前提とするGRABサービスの提供趣旨に合致しない方法でGRABサービスを利用したり、悪用する行為を試みてはなりません。

GRABの同意なく自動化された手段によりGRABサービス上に広告が掲載される領域またはその他の領域に符号、文字、音声、音響、絵、写真、動画、リンクなどで構成された各種コンテンツ自体またはファイルを挿入してはなりません。また、GRABサービスまたはこれに含まれるソフトウェアを複製、修正することはできず、これを販売、譲渡、賃貸または担保として提供したり、他人にその利用を許諾してはなりません。

GRABサービスに含まれるソフトウェアをリバースエンジニアリング、ソースコード抽出の試み、複製、分解、模倣、その他の変形などの行為も禁止されます。その他、ウイルスやその他の悪性コードをアップロードしたり、GRABサービスの円滑な運営を妨害する目的でサービス機能を非正常的に利用する行為も禁止されます。

5. やむを得ずサービス利用を制限する場合、合理的な手続きを遵守します。

GRABは皆様のコンテンツを大切にしますが、皆様が掲載した投稿が関連法令、本規約または運営ポリシーなどに違反する場合、やむを得ずこれを非公開または削除処理したり、掲載を拒否することがあります。ただし、これはGRABがすべてのコンテンツを検討する義務があることを意味するものではありません。
また、皆様が関連法令、本規約、アカウント及び投稿運営ポリシーなどを遵守しない場合、GRABは皆様の関連行為の内容を確認することができ、その確認結果に基づきGRABサービス利用に対する注意を促したり、GRABサービス利用を一部または全部、一時的または永久に停止するなどその利用を制限することがあります。さらに、このような利用制限にもかかわらず、GRABサービス利用契約の完全な維持を期待することが困難な場合には、やむを得ず皆様との利用契約を解除することがあります。
やむを得ず皆様のサービス利用を制限しなければならない場合、明白な法令違反や他人の権利侵害として緊急な危険または被害遮断が必要な事案を除いては、上記のような段階的サービス利用制限原則を遵守いたします。明白な法令違反などを理由にやむを得ずサービス利用を即時に永久停止する場合、サービス利用を通じて獲得した特典などはすべて消滅し、これに対して別途補償いたしませんのでご注意ください。

6. いつでもGRABサービス利用契約を解除できます。

会員はいつでもGRABサービス利用契約の解除を申請して会員から退会することができ、この場合GRABは関連法令などが定めるところに従いこれを遅滞なく処理いたします。
GRABサービス利用契約が解除されると、関連法令及び個人情報処理方針に従いGRABが該当会員の情報を保有できる場合を除き、該当会員アカウントに付属するすべての投稿を含む会員のすべてのデータは消滅すると同時に復旧できなくなります。

7. 一部のGRABサービスには広告が含まれています。

GRABサービスを利用していると、一部のサービスに広告が含まれている場合があります。広告を通じて発生する可能性のあるデータ通信料は皆様のご負担となります。
GRABサービスを利用するために、望まない広告を見なければならない場合があります。これは皆様に提供する様々なGRABサービスを無料で提供できるようにすることに貢献し、さらにはGRABがより良いサービスを提供できる基盤となります。

8. 皆様が簡単に確認できるよう規約及び運営ポリシーを掲示し、事前告知後に改定します。

GRABは本規約の内容を皆様が簡単に確認できるようサービス初期画面に掲示しています。
GRABは随時本規約、アカウント及び投稿運営ポリシーを改定することができ、改定時には関連法令に違反しない範囲内で改定し、事前にその改定理由と適用日をサービス内でお知らせするようにいたします。また、皆様に不利になる可能性のある重大な内容の規約変更の場合には、最低30日前に該当サービス内で告知いたします。
GRABは変更された規約を掲示した日から効力が発生する日まで、規約変更に対する皆様のご意見をお待ちしています。上記期間が過ぎても皆様のご意見がGRABに届かない場合、皆様が変更された規約に従ってサービスを利用することに同意したものとみなされます。変更された規約に同意しない場合、変更された規約の適用を受けるサービスの提供が制限される場合があります。
GRABサービスには基本的に本規約が適用されます。やむを得ず各個別サービスの固有の特性を反映するため、本規約以外の別途の規約や運営ポリシーが優先適用される場合があります。
本規約は韓国語を正本とします。本規約またはGRABサービスに関連する皆様とGRABとの関係には大韓民国の法令が適用されます。
本規約またはGRABサービスに関連して皆様とGRABの間で紛争が発生した場合、紛争の処理は大韓民国「民事訴訟法」で定める手続きに従います。
