GRAB은 최소한의 개인정보만을 수집하며 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

① 이메일
- 처리목적: 회원 ID로 사용하여 회원 식별, 비밀번호 찾기 시 링크전송
- 처리 및 보유기간: 회원 탈퇴 후 14일

② 위치정보
- 처리목적: 주변 회원 찾기 서비스 제공
- 처리 및 보유기간: 회원 탈퇴 시까지(환경설정에서 위치정보 Off 선택 시 즉시 삭제)

③ 게시물 내 포함된 사진 및 게시글
- 처리목적: 게시판 서비스 제공
- 처리 및 보유기간: 회원 탈퇴 시까지

2. 개인정보 파기절차 및 방법

- 회원 탈퇴 시 탈퇴 처리 로직에 따라 배치 프로그램으로 즉시 파기
① 이메일: 회원탈퇴 후 14일 후 삭제
② 위치정보: 회원탈퇴 시 즉시 파기
③ 게시물 내 포함된 사진 및 게시글: 회원탈퇴 시 즉시 파기

3. 개인정보 제3자 제공

앱 내 광고 게재를 위해 Google AdMob 서비스를 사용하며 Google 및 광고 파트너사에 제공될 수 있습니다.
- 제공받는자: Google AdMob 및 광고 파트너
- 제공목적: 맞춤형 광고 게재, 광고 효과 측정 및 분석, 광고 사기 방지
- 제공항목: 광고 표시 관련 정보
- 보유 및 이용기간: 회원 탈퇴 시까지
- Google AdMob 개인정보처리방침

4. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

- 위탁받는자: 구글 클라우드
- 위탁업무: 클라우드 서버 운영

5. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치에 관한 사항

- 정기적(반기 1회) 취약점 진단 실시, 신규 버전 배포 전 취약점 진단 실시
- 전송구간 암호화 적용
- 계정정보 암호화 저장

정보주체는 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 등을 언제든지 요청할 수 있으며, 대리인을 통해서도 가능합니다.
이메일로 요청 가능하며, 대리인을 통해서 요청 시 위임장을 제출해야 합니다.

9. 개인정보 처리방침 변경에 관한 사항

본 방침은 2025년 8월 1일부터 적용됩니다.

GRAB Privacy Policy

GRAB collects only the minimum necessary personal information and complies with relevant laws and regulations.

1. Purpose, Items, Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information

- Purpose: Used as a member ID for user identification and sending password reset links
- Retention and Processing Period: 14 days after membership withdrawal

② Location Information
- Purpose: To provide nearby member discovery services
- Retention and Processing Period: Until membership withdrawal (immediately deleted if the user turns off location information in settings)

③ Photos and Posts Included in Content
- Purpose: To provide bulletin board services
- Retention and Processing Period: Until membership withdrawal

2. Procedure and Method for Disposal of Personal Information

- Personal information is immediately deleted according to the withdrawal process via batch programs upon membership withdrawal.
① Email: Deleted 14 days after membership withdrawal
② Location Information: Immediately deleted upon membership withdrawal
③ Photos and Posts Included in Content: Immediately deleted upon membership withdrawal

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We use Google AdMob to display ads within the app, and information may be provided to Google and its advertising partners.
- Recipient: Google AdMob and advertising partners
- Purpose: To display personalized ads, measure and analyze ad effectiveness, and prevent ad fraud
- Items Provided: Information related to ad display
- Retention and Use Period: Until membership withdrawal

- Purpose: Server operation

- Regular (semi-annual) vulnerability assessments, vulnerability checks before deploying new versions
- Encryption during transmission
- Encrypted storage of account information

6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives

Data subjects may request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information at any time. Requests can also be made through a representative. Requests can be submitted via email, and a power of attorney may be required if necessary.
