GRAB은 아동의 안전을 최우선으로 생각하며, 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE) 콘텐츠로부터 안전한 플랫폼을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 저희 앱은 모든 관련 법률 및 규정을 준수하며, CSAE에 대한 무관용 정책을 운영합니다.

1. CSAE 콘텐츠에 대한 무관용 정책

GRAB은 아동 성적 학대 및 착취와 관련된 어떠한 콘텐츠(아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM) 포함), 행위, 또는 유도 행위도 절대적으로 금지합니다. 이러한 콘텐츠를 생성, 업로드, 공유, 배포하거나 이를 조장하는 모든 시도는 엄격히 제한되며, 발견 즉시 계정 정지 및 법적 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.

2. 신고 메커니즘

사용자는 앱 내에서 의심되는 CSAE 콘텐츠 또는 활동을 다음과 같은 방법으로 신고할 수 있습니다.

이메일 신고: support@grab.me.kr 로 상세 내용을 포함하여 이메일로 신고할 수 있습니다.

모든 신고는 신중하게 검토되며, 귀하의 제보는 아동을 보호하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.

3. 신고 처리 절차 및 조치

접수된 모든 신고는 전문 모니터링 팀에 의해 24시간 이내에 신속하게 검토됩니다.
CSAE로 확인된 콘텐츠는 즉시 플랫폼에서 제거되며, 해당 콘텐츠를 게시한 사용자의 계정은 영구 정지됩니다.
상황의 심각성에 따라 관련 사용자 정보가 법 집행 기관에 보고될 수 있습니다.

4. 법 집행 기관 보고

GRAB은 아동 성적 학대 및 착취와 관련된 모든 위법 행위를 발견할 경우, 관련 법률 및 규정에 따라 즉시 대한민국 경찰청 등 관할 법 집행 기관에 신고합니다.

5. 콘텐츠 모니터링

저희는 CSAE 콘텐츠를 탐지하고 제거하기 위해 인공지능 기반 필터링 시스템과 전문 모니터링 인력을 상시 운영하고 있습니다. 이는 아동의 안전을 보장하고 유해한 콘텐츠로부터 플랫폼을 보호하기 위함입니다.

Prevention Policy

GRAB prioritizes the safety of children and is fully committed to creating a platform free from Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content. Our app complies with all relevant laws and regulations and operates a zero-tolerance policy against CSAE.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE Content

GRAB strictly prohibits any content (including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)), acts, or inducements related to child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any attempt to create, upload, share, distribute, or promote such content will be severely restricted, and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

2. Reporting Mechanism

Users can report suspected CSAE content or activities within the app through the following methods:

Email reporting: You can report by sending an email with detailed information to support@grab.me.kr.

All reports will be carefully reviewed, and your tip plays a vital role in protecting children.

3. Report Handling Procedures and Actions

All submitted reports will be promptly reviewed by our specialized monitoring team within 24 hours.
Content confirmed as CSAE will be immediately removed from the platform, and the accounts of users who posted such content will be permanently terminated.
Depending on the severity of the situation, relevant user information may be reported to law enforcement agencies.

4. Reporting to Law Enforcement Agencies

GRAB will, upon discovering any illegal acts related to child sexual abuse and exploitation, immediately report to the relevant law enforcement agencies, such as the Korean National Police Agency, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Content Monitoring

We continuously operate an AI-powered filtering system and a dedicated monitoring team to detect and remove CSAE content. This is to ensure the safety of children and protect the platform from harmful content.
